Returns Terms and Conditions..

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it; along with any tags and its original packaging. All returns must be processed within 30 days of purchase. 

If your return is processed outside of 30 days from the purchase date the item is not eligible for exchange or refund. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

*Please note return shipping is at the purchases' cost and will not be covered by Ellen and James. 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received it will be processed by our team, you will receive an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund* will be processed to the account used for purchase, funds usually take 24-48 business hours to appear back in your account. Please keep in mind, in some cases it may take an additional day for international transfers. If you have any questions or concerns about your refund please contact customer service via email hello@ellenandjames.com.au. 

*Please note the cost of shipping is non refundable. 

Sale items (if applicable)

Sale items are not eligible for a return. All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for exchange or refund. 

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

You are welcome to return your item for an exchange within 30 days of the purchase date. Our returns terms and conditions apply to all exchanges, please see T&C's above.

Shipping

To return your product within the returns period, please mail the item/s to:

You will be responsible for paying all shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

*** We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when making a return. Ellen and James are not responsible for any items that are lost in transit.***
